Zombie Torso Re-Paintby ~KRIS-13

My Cousin Todd is making an awesome Haunted House for Halloween again this year and he sent me the torso of a Female Mannequin to re-paint. Mannequins are already pretty creepy in my opinion, and this one was really 80's looking, with really over the top 80's make-up, it was pretty funny.

Anyway, I cleaned her up and re-painted her with acrylic paints. Greens and pale flesh tones mixed together for the rotting skin colour with purples and blues for bruising and lividity and reds and browns for blood. Tomorrow she's going to get sprayed with matte acrylic finish to keep her weather proof as she is going to be buried at the waist to look like she's crawling up out of the earth.

Awesome.

Why hello fellow craftster!

Anyway, great work on the painting! Looks perfect! I've been tempted to do something like this, but I don't like scaring my neighbors poor kids. Maybe I'll just have to get involved with a spook alley so I can make stuff like this. heh
